Caitlin Clark is entering her second season in the WNBA after shattering just about every record imaginable her rookie year.

After a prolific rookie year, Caitlin Clark is back for year two, playing for the Indiana Fever under Head Coach Stephanie White.

Caitlin Clark has taken the WNBA by storm. After her prolific college career at the University of Iowa where she broke Pistol Pete’s NCAA Division I scoring record, Clark was first pick by the Indiana Fever in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Since then, Clark has broken numerous rookie records, franchise records and WNBA records.

Caitlin struggles to find her way back to the court due to injury this year and ultimately announces on September 4th that she is out for the season due to a persistent groin injury suffered on July 15, against the Connecticut Sun.

Indiana Fever vs. Dallas Wings

Caitlin becomes the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 200+ points and 100+ assists in a single season with the Fever's win over the Dallas Wings—Caitlin and Paige's first matchup since the 2024 NCAA tournament. In the first half, the Indiana Fever scored 64 points, setting a new record for most points scored in a half this season, surpassing a record set on September 1, 2016, against the New York Liberty where the team scored 63 points.

Indiana Fever win the 2025 Commissioner's Cup Championship

Led by Natasha Howards 16/12 double-double MVP performance, the Indiana Fever defeat the defending champion Minnesota Lynx to secure the 2025 Commissioner's Cup Championship, the first in franchise history. Caitlin did not play as she sat out with a left groin injury.

Caitlin Clark Makes Her Return Since Quad Injury

Caitlin returns for her first game after suffering a thigh injury on May 24. She sat out for 5 games, but made her return tonight against the undefeated New York Liberty, who were sitting at 9-0.

Clark had 32 points, including five 3-pointers and a career-high 25 points in the first half. At one point, she hit three consecutive 3-pointers to score nine points in 33 seconds. Clark also finished with 9 assists, 8 rebounds and 7 turnovers.

Indiana Fever vs. Atlanta Dream

The Atlanta Dream edge the Indiana Fever to hand them their first loss of the regular season. Rhyne Howard made a go-ahead free throw with 9.1 seconds left, and the Atlanta Dream withstood a thrilling fourth-quarter rally led by Caitlin Clark to beat the Indiana Fever 91-90 on Tuesday night.

Clark ignited the Fever with two of her signature deep 3-pointers early in the fourth quarter and finished with 27 points and 11 assists, making her the fastest player in WNBA history to record 350 career assists and the 4th fastest player to reach 800 career points. She also now has the most 25 point/10 assist games in WNBA history at 10 games.

Indiana Fever Take On Brazil at Carver-Hawkeye Arena

The Indiana Fever traveled to Carver-Hawkeye Arena to take on the Brazilian National Team. The anticipation was high as Caitlin Clark returned to the University of Iowa where she became a superstar and legendary basketball player for the Hawkeye program. The game tipped off at 4 p.m. ET inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa.

The Indiana Fever won the preseason game handily with a final score of 108-44, which drew 1.3 million viewers on ESPN—more than every NBA preseason game except two since 2010. (Both of which featured LeBron James.)

Fever Edge Mystics in OT in Preseason Opener

The Indiana Fever started off their 2025 campaign with a preseason victory over the Washington Mystics on Saturday afternoon at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, rallying from six points down in the final minute of regulation to force overtime before ultimately prevailing in the extra session. Fever guard Caitlin Clark, the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year, did not play Saturday due to a left leg injury.
